She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Irvin and Hazel Bernice Anderson; her husband Hugh Allen Smith; her son Jeffrey Webb; her sister Gail Beverly Anderson; and her half-brother Dale Anderson (Vivian).
She is survived by: her brother Terry Anderson (Sue) of Paducah; and her brother-in-law Gene Franklin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
