He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ballard Conley and Alice Campbell Conley; his wife Coleen Ratliff Messer Conley; his daughter Vicki Tannir (Mazin); his granddaughter Sophia Tannir; his siblings, Louise Conley Owens, Martin Conley, Bill Conley and Claude Conley (Judy); his extended family, James Messer (Claudetta), Orathy Messer and Darvin Messer (Janie); his grandchildren, Jared Gibson (Emily), Megan Messer, Logan Messer and Andrew Messer; and his great grandchildren, Sam Gibson and Charlie Gibson.
