He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Steve and Stella Pratt. He is survived by: his mother Virginia L. Pratt Everage; his brother Bobby R. Everage; his niece Ashley N. Everage Hall (Jerry Jr.); his great-nephew Connor B. Hall; his great-niece Kaitlyn O. Hoy; his grandchildren, June, Beau Jackson and Issiah Owsley; his close friends, Phillip Gayheart, James "Dawg" Shepherd and Marty Richardson; and his aunt Loraine Pratt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
