She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Smith (Justin); her siblings, Gordon Clemons (Patty), Ernie Clemons (Shirley), Earl Clemons (Sue Ann), James Clemons (Patty), Luke Clemons (Theresa), Barbara Jean Clemons and Beth Clemons; her grandsons, David Bradley Smith and Justin Blaine Smith; and her brother-in-law Clay Patrick.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
