He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Jacobs (Geraldine Jacobs) and Baby; his sister Joanie; and his sister-in-law Angie SmithFuneral (Jason Jacobs). He is survived by: his siblings, Erica Ritchie (Stephen) and Clyde Jr. Smith; and his nephew Randall Chase Ritchie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hindman Funeral Services (619 Hindman Bypass, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
