She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Wallen and Lily Gibson Wallen; her husband Elliott Rowe Jr.; and her daughter Kimberly Roby. She is survived by: her children, Dexter Rowe (Marla), David Rowe, Paul Rowe (Kimberly), Jared Short, Lillian Johnson and Shirley Clemons (Ernie); and her siblings, Paul Wallen, Edsel Wallen and Anna Sue Chaffins. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren & 9 Great-Grandchildren; A host of Nieces, Nephews.
