He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Holbrook and Nanie Horton Holbrook; his daughter Rebecca Holbrook; and his brothers, Lloyd J. Holbrook and Bill Holbrook.

He is survived by: his children, William Brian Holbrook, Donald Edward Holbrook, Linda Holbrook and Carolyn Beeco; and his brother Charles Holbrook. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren & 1 Great- Great Grandchild.
