She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Mershon and Wanda Pendleton Campbell Hagan; her daughter Ann Terry Spragens; and her brothers, Dr. John Campbell Hagan and Terry Mershon Hagan, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Frank Dennis Spragens, Jr., Mark Hagan Spragens (Sherry), Sara Mershon Spragens (Todd Page) and James Franklin Spragens (Wendy Smith); her cousin Wanda (Frank); and her caregivers, Michelle Chadwell, Mary Brady, Lois Craig, Pam Mattingly, Mary Mattingly, Molly Wheeler and Patty Deering.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the United Presbyterian Church (157 E Main St, Lebanon, KY 40033). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
