He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Mills; his sons, Thomas Gregory Mills (Kim), Joseph Christopher Mills (Cindy), Robert Corey Mills (Lisa), Kenneth Ray Mills (Robin) and Neil Wayne Mills (Tricia); and his siblings, Freddy Mills, J. W. Mills, Joe Paul Mills, Libby Abell, Nan Mills and Ursula Lafayette. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
