He is survived by: his siblings, Don Thornton of Lebanon, Dorothy Thornton of Lebanon and Salena Linton of Lebanon; his nieces, Brittanie Thornton of Louisville, Ashley Thornton of Lebanon and Kellie Thornton of Bardstown; his great-nephew LaDerious Thornton of Lebanon; his great-nieces, Jakyla of Bardstown and JaDaya Thornton of Bardstown; and his friend John Prather.
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ryder Cemetery.
