She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmie Russell; her parents, James Lester and Mary Josephine Ryan Bland; her stepmother Julie Bland; her siblings, Frances Spalding, Adeline Fowler, Leona Wheatley, J. L. Bland, James Gary Bland and Freddy Bland; and her grandson Bradley Miles.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Russell (Lynn), Peggy Miles (David), Mike Russell (Dee Dee), Elaine Miles (Jerry), Barbara Lyon (Billy), Barry Russell and Larry Russell (Karen); her sisters, Linda Bland Ford and Mary Virginia Cecil (Burt); her sister-in-law Pauline Russell Ewing; and her grandchildren, Daniel Russell, Jamie Russell Knotts, Christy Miles Cottner, Greg Miles, Eric Miles, Chris Russell, Shaun Russell, Matthew Miles, Nathan Miles, Nicholas Miles, Jillian Lyon, Tyler Russell, Brooklyn Russell and Landon Russell. She is also survived by 21 great- grandchildren.
