She is survived by: her son William Kenneth Spalding of Lebanon; and her siblings, Jodie Hughes of Lebanon, Charles Hughes of Indiana, John Hughes of Springfield, Kathleen Wright of Calvary, Pauline Buckman of Calvary, Susan Moore of Bloomfield, Jean Monday of Campbellsville and Mary Hughes of Lebanon.
