He is survived by: his mother Judy Bland Scott of Lebanon; his wife Mary Helen Scott of Lebanon; his children, Shaela Scott of Lebanon and Stephen Scott Jr. of Lebanon; his siblings, Anthony Scott (Monisha), Allen Jr. "A. J." Scott and Marsha Martinez; and his nieces, Jessica Turner and Nykia Turner. He is also survived by grandbaby on the way, and a host of uncles, aunts.
