He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bonnie Ackley, Kathy Vannice and Jeff Vannice; and his granddaughter Addison Emily Jade Vannice. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Jean Martin of Springfiled, Rebecca Nicole Brannon of Bowling Green, Kimberly Beth Vannice of Lebanon, Ricky Allen Vannice of Virginia and Randy Austin Vannice of Lebanon; and his siblings, Ruth Warren of Elizabethtown, Susie Stratton, Brenda Vannice of Russellville, Julie Fisher of Bradfordsville, Cathy Tungate, Wanda Peavy of Campbellsville and Terry Vannice of Russellville. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
