It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pokey Rogers of Lebanon, Kentucky, born in Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Joyce Bright Rogers; his grandson Bradley Lewis; his parents, Harold Rogers and Catherine Helen "Cappie" Bland Rogers; and his sister Eva Sue Brussell.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Lewis (Tracy Boblitt) of Springfield, Kathy Rogers of Lebanon and Kevin Rogers (Renee) of Gravel Switch; his grandchildren, Brandi Moneypenny (Aaron), Brittany Bartley (Ryan), Brayden Rogers and Gloria Espinosa; and his siblings, Gloria Purdom of Harrodsburg, Thelma "Tinker" Miles of Loretto, Jimmy Rogers (Faye) of Louisville and George Rogers of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
