It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Raikes (Lebanon, Kentucky), who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Allen Raikes; and her grandparents, Christine, Bill Raikes, George and Roberta Noe.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Floyd Whitehouse; her mother Dola Raikes; her children, Allen Kirkland (Nicole), Jaxon Whitehouse, Christina Gibson (Jonathon), Alexis Kirkland, Santana and Ana Alvarez; her sister Dana Settles (Chad); her niece Laura Richardson; and her grandchildren, Hannah Gibson, JB Gibson, Jayden Gibson and Elise Moore. She is also survived by mother to her 6 children.
