He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Owen and Mary Owen; his brothers, Andrew Owen (Amelia), Johnny Owen, Phillip Owen, George Owen (Bobbie), Raphael Owen and Jackie Owen; his brother-in-law Sam Norris; and his friend Norma Whitehouse.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ike Owen (Janet), Oweney Owen (Sharon), Danny Owen (Angela) and Annie Norris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
