We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2023, at the age of 91, Mary Margaret Smothers of Lebanon, Kentucky, born in Marion, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry Jarboe, Sr. and Cora Francis Jarboe; her husband Rufus Ray Smothers; and her siblings, Christine Crews, Mona Mae Peavey, James Henry Jarboe, Jr., Chester Ray Jarboe, Deloris Jean Mattingly and William Donald Jarboe.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Smothers (Debbie) of Nicholasville, Donald Smothers (Nancilyn) of Nicholasville and Linda Price (Gary) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Anna Dressman (David), Allison Sobolewski (Sean) and Jill Smothers; and her great grandchildren, Asher Dressman, Auden Dressman, Eleanor Sobolewski and Finn Sobolewski.
