With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lucy Orberson of Lebanon, Kentucky, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mary Lucy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mary Lucy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary Lucy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blandford Medley and Margaret Louise Medley; her husband Charles Howard Orberson; her son Jason Orberson; her brother Danny Medley; and her great grandchild Aliyah Sandusky.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Sandusky (Boyd) of Lebanon and Steven Orberson (Lynn) of Gravel Switch; and her sisters, Rose Ann O'Bryan, Margaret Taylor, Joyce Spalding (Jerome) and Karen Young (Johnny). She is also survived by six grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
