She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Mattingly and Madeline Mattingly; her husband Joseph Donald Green; her son Chad Green; and her siblings, George Mattingly, Austin Mattingly, Joe Mattingly, Jimmy Mattingly, Elizabeth "Sis" Bradshaw, Jean Mills, William "Snooter" Mattingly and Edward Hagan "E. H." Mattingly.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Green (Tammy) of Louisville and Julie Anders (Johnny) of Lexington; her sister Ruth Ann Mattingly (Alice) of Delaware; and her grandchildren, Bryce Green, Paige Green, Kenzie Anders, Madison Anders, Ethan Green and Taylor Green.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A prayer was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (235 S Spalding Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033).
