He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Mark Thomas and Anna Thomas (Wathen); his wife Beverly Thomas; and his brother Frank Thomas (Blanche). He is survived by: his children, Peyton Thomas (Amy) of St. Joe, Ginny Boone (Paul) of Lebanon and Lena Murphy (Chad) of Lebanon; his siblings, Joe Thomas of Louisville, Bill Thomas (Jane) of Danville, Josephine Mann of Louisville, Sadie Wilson of Corbin and Rita Rawlings of Lebanon; and his grandchildren, Paul Boone Jr., Macy Boone, Paige Guzman (Alan), Will Murphy, Camden Murphy, Cody Murphy, Adrienne Thomas, Peyton Thomas (Kelsey) and Cage Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A prayer will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (235 S Spalding Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033).
