Henning (Mike) of Lebanon; her stepsons, William Robert III Mattingly (Connie) of Lebanon, Terry Mattingly (Wendy) of Lebanon, Chuck Mattingly of Lebanon and Eddie Mattingly (Julia) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Lauren Pulliam Logsdon and Andrew Pulliam; her stepgrandchildren, Will Mattingly, Ethan Mattingly, Evan Mattingly, Matthew Mattingly, Eddie Mattingly, Annaliece Mattingly, Hannah Mattingly and Carly Mattingly; her great grandchild Bodhi Logsdon; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Liam Mattingly, Orion Mattingly, Townes Mattingly, Charlotte Mattingly, June Mattingly and Jolene Mattingly.
