It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Magdalene Lemon Bainter of Lebanon, Kentucky, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hess and Gedie Keene; her husband Robert Bainter; and her siblings, Anna Ruth Hall and Guy Raymond King.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Allen Lemon of Campbellsburg, KY and Robert Stephen Bainter of Lebanon; her siblings, William B. Stump of Troy, OH., James Allen Staten (Peggy) of Honaker, VA and Linda Bumgarner of Huntsville, AL; and her grandchildren, Tara Bleakey, Lindsay Perry and Timothy Tyler Lemon. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
