She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Johnson and Monzell Johnson (McCubbins); her husband Ernie Brown Sr.; her daughter Lola Fay Brown; and her siblings, JoAnn Johnson, Judy Livers, Phillip Johnson, William Smith and Lonnie Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Ernie Lee Brown Jr., Tim Brown (Tina) and Joe Brown (Dana); her brothers, Basil Smith (Annie), Arthur Smith (Glenna) and Van Johnson (JoAnn); and her grandchildren, Courtney Brown, Megan Brown, Ricky Brown (Stacey), Cheyenne Brown, Tyler Brown (Kora), Cameron Brown (Kathleen), Mason Brown, Jenna Brown, Dalton, Carrie, Cassie and Salem. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
