He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blakemore II and Ann Trent Blakemore; and his sister Judy Van Dyke. He is survived by: his son John Blakemore IV (Stacey) of Danville; and his grandsons, Trent and Sam Blakemore.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
