He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Clellan Mullins and Mary Evelyn Mullins (Minor); his wife Bonita Marlene Mullins; and his siblings, Rudolph, Gerald, Robert, Conway Mullins and Laura Pearl.
He is survived by: his sons, Marshall Mullins (Dot) of Springfield and Monty Mullins (Pam) of Bradfordsville; his sister Helen Hollan; and his grandchildren, Melanie Daugherty (Jamie) of Raywick, Jon Mullins (Tiffany) of Lebanon, Megan Mullins of Bardstown and Jordan Mullins (DJ) of Bradfordsville. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
