She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence David and Catherine Isabelle Thomas; and her siblings, Lawrence Patrick, Joseph Donald Thomas, Sister Susan Thomas and Ann Liggett.

She is survived by: her sister Rita Tanner (Rex); her sister-in-law Eleanor Thomas; her cousin Nancy O'Daniel; and her close friend Ackie George.
