She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Cochran and J. T.; her husband George Thompson, Jr. (G. L.); her son Denny Carol Giles; her sister Geraldine C. Settles; her brother-in-law Foster Settles; and her brother L. Wilburn.
She is survived by: her nephews, Patrick Settles of Lebanon and Barry Settles (Pamela) of Versailles; her great-nephews, Brett Settles of New York and Brian Settles (Dana) of Louisville; her great-niece Lindsey Dodds (Jon) of Versailles; her stepgranddaughter Janice Wheatley (Greg) of Lebanon; her stepgreat-granddaughter Natalie of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Ava and Eli.
In lieu of flowers, expression's of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Lebanon Methodist Church, 236 North Spalding Avenue, Lebanon, KY 40033 in memory of Evelyn Corine Thompson.
