She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Peanut" Hill and Catherine Hafley Hill; her former husband Bobby G. Lewis; her grandchildren, Kara Nicole George and Joseph Bradley Lewis; and her siblings, Johnny Hill, Abel Hill and Judy Woodard.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby G Lewis Jr. of Lebanon, Tommy Lewis (Lisa) of Elkorn, Greg Lewis (Cathy) of Gravel Switch, Jamie Lewis (Rachel) of Gravel Switch, Vicky George (Bobby) of Lebanon and Kathy Shoffner (Gary) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Brandi Moneypenney, Brittany Bartley, Kennedy Lewis, Caroline Hourigan, Kayla Jo Lewis, Danielle Mcmichael, Beth Orberson, Bobby Shoffner, Whitney George, Nathan George, Caleb Lewis, Torrie Lewis, Chris Black and Shawn Nault; her siblings, Robert Hill (Bessie) of Lebanon, Dale Hill (Rita) of Lebanon, Carl Hill of Lebanon, Tammy Phillips (Billy) of Springfield, Lana Jacobs (Eddie) of Raywick and Carolyn Hill of Lebanon; and her fiancé Richard Stumph of Lebanon. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
