She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hunter Crews and Viola B. Harmon Crews. She is survived by: her husband Marcus W. Clark of Lebanon, KY; and her children, Michael W. Clark of Springfield, KY, David C. Clark of Lebanon, KY, Tony Clark of Lebanon, KY, Patrick S. Clark of Lebanon, KY, Shawn D. Clark, Alice H. Clark Colt, Beverly A. Mattingly and Jennifer J. Hill.
