He was predeceased by: his father Charles Douglas Whitley; and his grandmother Teresa Malone. He is survived by: his mother Cristie Michelle Forrest Tungate; his stepfather Brian Tungate of Lebanon; his siblings, Dustin Whitley and Cara Whitley of Lebanon; his stepbrothers, Nathan Tungate and Clayton Tungate; his grandparents, Jerry and Carol Forrest of Campbellsville; and his stepgrandparents, Paul and Rena Tungate of Lebanon. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home (418 Lebanon Ave, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
