He is survived by: his wife Donna Montgomery; his siblings, Albert Polley (Patsy) of Liberty, Robert Polley and Connie Chelf (Greg); his daughter Laura Carter; and his grandchildren, Kelsi Carter and Wyatt Carter of Pensacola Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
