Spalding (Debbie) of Lebanon, Joseph Dale Spalding (Colleen) of Lebanon and Sharon Spalding Clift of Lebanon; her sister Judy Evans (Billy) of Corbin; her grandchildren, Jason Spalding, Jameson Spalding, Frank Spalding (Casey), Betty Jean Clift and Clark Spalding (Lexie); her great grandchildren, Ty Mattingly, Zac Spalding and Rosalyn Spalding; and her close friend Sadie Brockman.
