He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Ford. He is survived by: his father William Ford of Lebanon, Two; his daughters, Zakyla and Harmony of Louisville; his siblings, Tyawna of Indianapolis, Ieshia of Va, Brittany of Winchester, Caitlin of Lebanon, Brandy of Springfield, Jequan of Winchester, MaShawn of Campbellsville and Markus of Springfield; and his grandmothers, Joyce Ford of Lebanon and Rose Sanders of Indianaoplis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
