With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alice Dorothy Bell of Lebanon, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Porter and Stella Porter; her husband Robert Lee Bell; and her siblings, John Porter, Clem Porter, Charles Porter, Elizabeth McDonald, Ann Simpson and Willie Mae Mattingly.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Chaneyfield of Lebanon, Rodney Bell of Lebanon, David Bell of Lebanon and Curtis Bell of Louisville; her grandchildren, Courtney, Sarah, Kamryn, Rodney Deshawn, Devin, Kobie Mattingly and Rynaie Bell; her great grandchildren, Callen Waldridge, Javon Taylor and Ta'viyah Sanders; and her sister Lucy Evans (Jeroyd) of Bardstown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (235 S Spalding Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033).
