She is survived by: her great-aunt Linda Brady-Hayes; her great-uncle Steve Maupin; her parents, Micheal Ray Smith of Campbellsville and Chasity Lynn Maupin Smith of Lebanon; her siblings, Alexander Ray Smith, Aiden Joseph Smith, Krysten Smith of Campbellsville, Adalyn Victoria Smith and Ava Alizabeth Smith of Lebanon; her grandparents, Gerald (Kitty), Vickie Courtwright (Ricky) of Lebanon and Mike Maupin (Stacy) of Lebanon; her aunt Jennifer Ford (Eric) of Campbellsville; and her uncles, David Smith (Vickie) of Campbellsville and Thomas Smith. She is also survived by Several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
