She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Lee; her father Herbert Cox; and her stepdaughter Misty Cunningham. She is survived by: her daughter Brandy Gaw (Dino) of Shepherdsville; her stepchildren, Jackie Lee (Heaven) of Magnolia and Autumn Jones; her mother Doriscella Cox of Shepherdsville; and her siblings, Cindy Adkins (Ronnie) of Shepherdsville and Tony Cox of Shepherdsville. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
