She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Jackson Redmon; her son Frank Kevin Redmon; and her mother Flora Bell Richards Hughes. She is survived by: her children, Russell Jackson Redmon (Shelley), Gary Dwayne Redmon (Diana) and Jada Michele Redmon (Charles); and her siblings, Aneta Louise Shuffitt and John Rodney Hughes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
