She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Leonard and Julia Thomas Milliner Portman; and her husband Charles Adolph Milliner. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Milliner, Jr., Leonard Keith Milliner, Jeff Milliner (Betty) and Wayne Milliner (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Travis, Brian, Carey, Cherye, Jeremy, Taylor, Brittany, Autumn, Brandon, Alisha Ann, Michael and Starr. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
