She is survived by: her daughter Tina Curtsinger (Michael); her grandchildren, Caleb Curtsinger, Shawn Johnson (Carrie), Andrew Curtsinger (Megan Sallee) and Michael Curtsinger (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Xander, Morgan, Angel, James, Addison Elizabeth and Evelyn.
