He is survived by: his daughter Cassie Jean Biggers; his parents, Shirley Jean Biggers and Ricky Lee Biggers; his siblings, Michael L. Biggers and Amy L. Tipton (Biggers); and also Chelsea A. Biggers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and a host of other family and friends.
