He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Yvonne Huffman Troutman; his parents, Chester Troutman and Hazel Troutman; and his brothers, Donald and Gary Troutman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Peacock (WC) of Lebanon Junction, Patty Keith (Chuck) of Lebanon Junction, Donna Froman of Shepherdsville, Laura Pillow (Haydon) of Bowling Green and Lisa Howard of Pendleton, KY; and his brother Billy Wayne Troutman. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
