He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Booth and Ollie Wise; his wife Mary Angela Brian; and his siblings, Joseph R. Booth of John Lee, Frank Booth, Anthony "Tony" Booth (Lil), Mary Helms, Genevieve Unseld, Cora "Cozy" Swartzbaugh (Robert) and Doris "Dot" Waiz (Eugene).
He is survived by: his children, Glenda Ann Coleman (Merrill), Jerome Lee "Jerry" Booth (Jackie), Mary Claire Bryan (Greg), Phillip Francis Booth (Heather), Stephen Joseph Booth (Melanie), Brian Anthony Booth and Annette Marie Booth (Scott). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
