He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hartlage and Teresa Bartley Hartlage; his children, Joseph Hartlage and Elva Rae Hartlage; and his brother Benny Hartlage.
He is survived by: his children, Adria Metcalf (Shayne), Sarah Waters (Michael), Anna Clark (Chris), Madison Hartlage (Wes) and Matthew Hartlage (Bry); his siblings, Bobby Hartlage (Becky), Doris Marcum and Teresa Westwood (Tony); his grandchildren, Ryan, Charish, Ellana, Maverick, Maycie, Delilah, John, Braxtin, Kingsley and Tallulah; and his great grandchildren, Zander, Layne, Kylie and Mallory.
