He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mann and Lucille Richards Mann; his wife Norma Mann; his siblings, Dorothy Saltsman, George and Bill Mann; and his granddaughter Melanie Jean Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Andy Mann, Edward Mann (Angie), Russell Mann (Pam), Eugene Mann (Missy), Rita Wilson, Mary Tongate (Kacy) and Katrina Noe (Stuart); his siblings, Walter Mann, Hazel Williams and Margie Jane Honadel; and his close friends, Mary Jo Johns, Wendy Mann and Elizabeth Figg. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren.
