With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita Carol Nichols of Lebanon Junction, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 21, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Calvin Eugene; and her brother Michael Eugene Maddox. She is survived by: her mother Loretta Pepper Maddox; her husband Danny Nichols; her children, Michael Scott Slaven, Stephanie Ponton (Daniel) and Caselyn Stooksberry; and her grandsons, Connor Milam and Zachary Ponton.

The family has requested those in attendance to please wear a mask.
