He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Puckett and Mary Louise Kays Puckett; and his sisters, Mary Ann Puckett and Lana Kay Puckett. He is survived by: his son William E. "Will" Puckett (Jen) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Lakin T. Puckett, Hannah C. Puckett and Marissa Greenwell; and his brothers, Earl J. Puckett, Jr. (Charlotte) of Lawrenceburg, Ricky D. Puckett (Jeanne) of South Carolina and James B. Puckett (Cyrena) of Charlestown, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
