He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Hugh Westmoreland and Robby Nell Pritchard Westmoreland; and his siblings, Carolyn Ann Bledsoe and Joseph John Westmoreland. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Westmoreland; his daughters, Skylen Baker (Dylan) of Columbia, KY, Kandus Heaton (Dakota) of Elton, KY and Jasman Broughton (Mark) of Pigeon Forge, TN; his grandchildren, Derrick, Jacob, Ash Baker, Lilee Heaton and Alexander Broughton; his siblings, Harvey Westmoreland of Lawrenceburg and Tammy Nell Brown; and his father-in-law Robert Taylor of Marion, AR. He is also survived by mother-in-law.
