She was predeceased by: her parents, John Milton and Mamie Beatrice Legg Bragg. She is survived by: her close friend Joe D. Carpenter; her children, Patrick Dozier, Mike Carpenter and Karen Carpenter; her grandchildren, Patrick Dozier, Maya Dozier, Justin Malone and Yvonne Carpenter; her great grandchild Alonna Dozier; her sister Ona Lee Smith; her daughter-in-law Tammy Wash; and her pet Pepper.
