He was predeceased by: his parents, J. R. McCulloh and Virginia Duree Hodge Fisher; and his grandson Patrick Snider. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Cammack McCulloh; his daughters, Lisa Kopf (Jonathan) of Wilmington, NC, Jennifer Snider (David) of Salisbury, NC and Sharon Barton (Brian) of Kannapolis, NC; and his sister Kaye Skelley (Chuck) of Prattville, AL. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
